The Springfield Public Schools District 19 intranet systems may contain students’ private information. These information systems are designed for appropriate use by identified staff members who have a legitimate business purpose to review Springfield School District information in order to fulfill his/her professional responsibility. These information systems are not for public use, and any student information from the systems must not be disclosed to anyone other than a state, district, or school official as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).
